Latvia: 1-3 working days.

Europe: 5-10 working days.

Rest of the world: 10-21 working days.

All shipments have tracking information, which you can find in our email notification. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us by email: info@regreener.com

Return policy

We hope you enjoy our product, but if you are not completely satisfied, here are our return policy: 
This return policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including the cancellation of a statutory right or statutory warranty.

Your right to change your mind (cancel your purchase)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. We must receive any products that you return to us within 14 days after you notify us of your intention to return the products. Orders cancelled under these terms are entitled to a refund of any standard postage you have paid for the delivery of the order, but you are responsible for paying any postage costs incurred in returning to us the products you wish to cancel. You must return the products in the condition in which you received them i.e. packaging intact. You will lose the right to return the product if you tear or damage the packaging. We will inspect the product after it has been returned.

How to return a product

Send us an email to: info@regreener.com, to notify us of your wish to exercise your 14-day right of cancellation and return the product. Please include your name, home address, order details and, if possible, phone number and email address.

Defective and faulty product

If you believe that the product you have received is faulty or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at info@regreener.com and we will let you know how to return the product.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued as soon as we have received your returned products. Refunds can take up to 10 working days and will be credited to the original card you used to make the payment.

Refund exceptions

You cannot return any product that has damaged packaging. You have the right to reasonably inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you cannot return used products unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.
